Original vintage Ordnance Survey New Popular Edition One Inch Map of England & Wales, Keswick Sheet 82. First published in 1947 with full revision based on the 1921 survey and later corrections. Cloth backed folding map covering Keswick and the surrounding Lake District area. Condition is good vintage condition overall. The cover shows age related wear, creasing and edge wear consistent with age and use. There is handwritten ownership notation to the reverse cover reading “Martin Bournemouth Tuesday 4th April together with various pen and pencil marks to the printed index map. The map appears complete and folds correctly. Please study all photographs carefully as they form part of the description and condition report.

Original vintage hardback from 1947, (Book Production, War Economy Standard). The pages are all clean, the binding is sound. Book is in excellent overall condition. Has 2 handwritten names in the inside page, one in blue ink, one in grey pencil. A5 size, approx 300 pages including double page plan of the Lakes plus 17 good quality black and white full page photographs.
