Description: Vintage Bartholomew’s Revised Half-Inch Contoured Map of Salisbury Plain (Great Britain Sheet 8). Cloth-backed folding map published by John Bartholomew & Son Ltd, Edinburgh. An attractive vintage map with plenty of character, ideal for collectors or historical map enthusiasts.
This book is in like new condition. The pages are crisping clean. It doesn’t look like it’s even been opened. There was just slight shelfware to the dust cover. This is an excellent book.
There is a tear along the fold line. It’s not a rip in the paper. It’s a tear where the paper has weakened from opening and closing over the years. If you are framing then it’s not particularly visible when laid perfectly flat.
