This highly detailed map covers the northern side of Chislehurst, from the Queens Head pub northward to Belmont Park Farm. On the reverse we include directories for Chislehurst in 1874 and 1905.
Coverage stretches from Llangefni southward to the foot of Anglesey, and beyond that to Llanwnda, and from Rhoscolyn Head eastward to Caernarfon. On the reverse is a more detailed map of Newborough or Niwbwrch.
The map portrays a semi-rural area of villas in large gardens: Blizewood, Maes Mawr, Bleak House, Portley, Thornbury, Flintfield House, with just the northern tip of Caterham Barracks at the foot of the map.

Issued by Direction if Hon. W.J.Roche, Minister of Interior Ottawa Canada. 1913. There are tears, rust at staples. Discolouration. brown spits. Some pages are excellent, others are poor but an interesting read nonetheless. 68 pages. Found during a recent family house clearance. I can only predumr this is rareish. Certainly in UK anyway considering it is 112 years old.
