You can change a user’s role with just a few clicks of your mouse. Just follow the steps shown in the ordered list and pictures below.
- First, enter the “Users” tab by clicking it on the side-bar
- Second, if you are changing an individual user’s role, make sure you are in the “User” category
- Third, click on the notepad icon to enter the personal settings of the user you wish to edit
- Fourth, click on the drop down menu labeled as “user role” and select the role ou wish to give that user
- Lastly, make sure to hit the “Save changes” button to ensure that the user’s role stays changed.
