The Snap Tool is another feature in yey’maps that allows for smoother and more precise digitization of areas. The Tool allows points or lines that you are trying to make “snap” or connect onto other already-existing points or lines. This allows for more straight lines to be made, less gaps between areas, and more precise placement of lines, points, and more. For the use, click on the draw button. Select the snap mode when digitizing a line, point, or anything else. This will automatically turn on snap mode, and keep it on until turned off by the user.
